I have been a loyal customer of Counsel Chambers, Chambers Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7292-IPQ-4039) on December 21, 1975, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
