I purchased a solution from Counsel Chambers, Chambers Ltd. on July 14, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Deborah Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
