I want to report a serious concern with Prime Realty's accessory that I purchased on October 18, 1976 from your Gastonmouth, Oregon store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Evert J., but my issue remains unresolved.
