I have been a loyal customer of Strong-Engineering for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-3767-PFC-7579) on February 18, 2022, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Strong-Engineering. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the catering service I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
