I have been a loyal customer of Strong-Engineering for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-3767-PFC-7579) on February 18, 2022, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
