Poor customer service experience with Strong-Engineering

I purchased a equipment from Strong-Engineering on October 27, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jovani G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 05, 2025 05:32I want to acknowledge that Strong-Engineering has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $475.97 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $475.97 for a smartwatch that never worked properly.
