I am writing regarding order #ORD-1242-MBZ-1913 placed with Abode of Royal Holdings on March 21, 1980. I paid $183.58 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Terrill I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Abode of Royal Holdings has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the premium account, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-B5D4ADB2 multiple times.
