I want to report a serious concern with Abode of Royal Holdings's item that I purchased on November 28, 1970 from your Port Fiona, Delaware store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Daniela F., but my issue remains unresolved.
