I want to report a serious concern with Abode of Royal Holdings's package that I purchased on October 26, 2001 from your Ramiromouth, Hawaii store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Meda S., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The blender from Abode of Royal Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
