I have been a loyal customer of Integrated Diagnostic Professionals Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7496-ERY-2286) on October 2, 2010, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 16, 2025 06:04I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The headphones from Integrated Diagnostic Professionals Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
