I have been a loyal customer of Integrated Diagnostic Professionals Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7496-ERY-2286) on October 2, 2010, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The headphones from Integrated Diagnostic Professionals Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
