I am writing regarding order #ORD-7328-FBJ-7247 placed with Ultimate Construction Team on June 3, 1988. I paid $342.67 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kariane P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
