I purchased a system from Legal Services, Services on November 1, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jolie U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Mary Harris from the Service Excellence at Legal Services, Services, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
