On December 27, 1991, I signed up for Cloud Robotics's warranty service at their New Vitaport, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $21.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dorothy A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 03, 2025 05:38I want to acknowledge that Cloud Robotics has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $343.73 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $343.73 for a meal delivery that never worked properly.
