Frustrated with VitalHealing's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of VitalHealing for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-4281-OPS-2406) on May 1, 1983, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 20, 2025 06:08Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $163.78 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
