I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from VitalHealing. After paying $339.17 for package, I found that it experienced long delays. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sherman S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $314.31 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
