Unsatisfactory resolution from VitalHealing

On August 5, 2003, I signed up for VitalHealing's consultation at their Rohanmouth, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $581.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Louvenia K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
