I have been a loyal customer of Choice Homes Associates Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-9974-BZV-6529) on January 19, 1995, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that Choice Homes Associates Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $243.99 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $243.99 for a microwave that never worked properly.
