I am writing regarding order #ORD-4463-CTW-4802 placed with Harmony Group Woodlands on October 29, 2023. I paid $235.84 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mike Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from David Brown at Harmony Group Woodlands offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
