Quality issues with Harmony Group Woodlands product

On April 29, 1997, I signed up for Harmony Group Woodlands's exchange program at their Krajcikborough, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $534.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rhett P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
