I have been a loyal customer of Organic Eats Classics Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-4437-HIC-6457) on September 20, 1990, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
