I have been a loyal customer of Organic Eats Classics Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2180-JEI-9703) on June 2, 1995, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
