I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Logic-Pulse. After paying $891.60 for plan, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Brandyn D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After my initial complaint, Logic-Pulse contacted me to troubleshoot the organic produce box. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
