I have been a loyal customer of Therapy Hospital for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-5878-OVM-4156) on March 18, 2016, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
