I am writing regarding order #ORD-8109-QUI-5279 placed with Therapy Hospital on August 25, 1997. I paid $975.90 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kattie D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with David Williams from the Customer Advocacy at Therapy Hospital, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
