Misleading advertising by CompleteDiagnostic Albury

I purchased a membership from CompleteDiagnostic Albury on March 3, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shad M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
