I'm writing to complain about the upgrade service I received from Market & Central. After paying $742.50 for platform, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jadon I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Market & Central reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement t-shirt has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
