On September 29, 1994, I signed up for Market & Central's support package at their East Josue, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $587.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Isaac K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
