I purchased a product from Market & Central on May 15, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lonnie I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Market & Central contacted me to troubleshoot the jacket. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
