I have been a loyal customer of Law & Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3357-DGF-9689) on October 23, 2015, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Law & Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty food item has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
