Overcharged by Law & Group for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8221-CPK-8920 placed with Law & Group on April 21, 2016. I paid $209.42 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Garnett R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
