Complaint Details

On April 3, 1994, I signed up for Law & Group's customer support at their West Rafaelamouth, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $719.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elda D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

The situation with Law & Group has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the repair service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-5644FB01 multiple times.
