I want to report a serious concern with Fresh & Food's accessory that I purchased on December 18, 2023 from your Davisside, Louisiana store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Meredith K., but my issue remains unresolved.
