Unresolved issue with Fresh & Food product

I purchased a system from Fresh & Food on November 13, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sydni L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
