I have been a loyal customer of Fresh & Food for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-9732-OET-8619) on October 15, 2004, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The winter coat from Fresh & Food not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
