I have been a loyal customer of Signature Alliance for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-9240-JCJ-6102) on June 25, 1975, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Signature Alliance has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their loyalty program.
