I want to report a serious concern with Signature Alliance's device that I purchased on February 11, 2017 from your Port Deonland, Virginia store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Casimer N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Signature Alliance has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their installation service.
