I have been a loyal customer of Integrated Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-2697-IJO-7058) on January 21, 2020, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Integrated Associates contacted me to troubleshoot the smartphone. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
