I have been a loyal customer of Integrated Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-2697-IJO-7058) on January 21, 2020, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
