I am writing regarding order #ORD-8883-IJZ-2609 placed with Integrated Associates on September 23, 1983. I paid $599.44 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Muhammad N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $353.40 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
