I have been a loyal customer of Secure Ventures Petaling Jaya Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-5673-GUM-1658) on February 22, 2015, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
