Misleading advertising by Choice Ventures Group

On January 21, 1995, I signed up for Choice Ventures Group's customer support at their Jaidentown, Montana location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $818.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, August C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
