I have been a loyal customer of Choice Ventures Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-9856-MKQ-8650) on February 9, 1981, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
