I am writing regarding order #ORD-3234-FUH-8149 placed with Royal Housing LLC on October 30, 1978. I paid $149.28 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mona Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Taylor Hall from the Customer Service at Royal Housing LLC, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
