Frustrated with Royal Housing LLC's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3234-FUH-8149 placed with Royal Housing LLC on October 30, 1978. I paid $149.28 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mona Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 04, 2025 05:23After speaking with Taylor Hall from the Customer Service at Royal Housing LLC, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
