Overcharged by Defender Defense Offices International for service

I have been a loyal customer of Defender Defense Offices International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-4475-AVZ-1940) on June 16, 1972, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
