On March 22, 2008, I signed up for Traditional Food Café's troubleshooting service at their Cleoraside, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $519.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Miguel Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
