I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Traditional Food Café. After paying $483.2 for appliance, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Derek I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 19, 2025 05:59I've received an email from Mary Williams at Traditional Food Café offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
