I have been a loyal customer of United-Works for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-8014-QQE-9512) on May 19, 2008, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and United-Works still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their design service.
