I want to report a serious concern with United Architecture & Sons Inc.'s tool that I purchased on January 30, 1971 from your South Peyton, Missouri store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Amanda B., but my issue remains unresolved.
