I want to report a serious concern with Feast Specialties's equipment that I purchased on October 22, 1986 from your Serenabury, Kansas store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Melyssa I., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Jennifer Miller at Feast Specialties offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The dress shirt was clearly defective from the start.
