Unsatisfactory resolution from Advocate Team of Advocate Corp.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The organic produce box from Advocate Team of Advocate Corp. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
