I want to report a serious concern with Knowledge Center Ajman's equipment that I purchased on November 15, 2018 from your East Octavia, Rhode Island store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Archibald G., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because Knowledge Center Ajman finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the sweater, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
