I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Knowledge Center Ajman. After paying $215.4 for service, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Easton S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Knowledge Center Ajman reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement sweater has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
